Smile Clearfield County

I live in clearfield county and shoot in two leagues here one thur night and one wed night. Its all heal the line. We have tourny's about every sat somewhere that usually draw the upwards of 30 teams or more and some. Most are 2guys and a gal or a three man. But also have 2guys and 2gals ones too. Also will be having a singles tourny sometime in Nov. You know one of the" I'm the Best" it will be done as runs, hits and points.
Sauger seen you said you came to clearfield county to shoot in some tournys last year where at??

Default Clearfield Tournament

We shot in the upstairs of a bar, it might have been a club. If you give me a couple of names I can probably recall where, it might have been a Moose lodge. We were one of about 24 mens teams and you guys ran a womens tourney at the same time. the place was packed. I don't think it ended till after midnight. We shot as "Ebensburg". Two other 3 man teams of guys from our friday night league came up that day also. The weather was real bad and we drove home in a snow storm. Some of the other guys came up once or twice more after that. We hope to come up more this year. Please let me know when your tournaments are so I can let the guys know.

Default Other Casual Games

Besides these league standard games, do any of you play other casual games, like 6-11-Cork, Around the World, Trip-13, 7-to the Deuce (with options to pull trips or deuces), 1 to 9 team with a certain number of points to count the inning, and others if I can think of them?

Default other games

Yes, we usually play these games after the matches for money. We also play many others and sometimes the rules are made up before the game, especially after many beers. We shoot none of these ever in league play though.
Attention fellow posters; are there any upcoming tournaments in the Clearfield area ?

I am in Johnstown (Cambria County) and I have never heard of healing the line. Of course I dont play in tournaments, mostly with extended family, but they have never seen it either.
Alphamale, we always play 6-cork-11. But can you explain to me trip 13 and 7 to the deuce?
