In our league, and the ones nearby, the host tavern must provide a cooked meal for the shooters. This tradition goes back decades, and the quality of the meal you provide reflects upon your team.

Chips and pretzels do not constitute a meal. Hot Dogs and Sauerkraut is a not-so-subtle way to tell a visiting team "We don't like you".

There are usually more weeks to the season(s) than good ideas for food, so I thought I'd put up a forum where people can share what their favorite meals are, how to make them, how to serve them, and how to keep them economical.

The more ideas, the better.
